Our interns work alongside leadership and full-time staff to support food safety, operations, sales, and logistics—gaining practical experience while contributing to the day-to-day success of the farm. This is an opportunity to learn by doing, develop valuable skills, and see how a modern produce operation truly runs.
Internships Currently Available
A&T Farms is offering three internship tracks for the 2026 season:
Environmental Health, Safety, and Quality Technician
Support our Environmental Health, Safety, and Quality team by helping maintain food safety standards across the farm. This role includes performing inspections, managing records and traceability systems, and working alongside operations to ensure compliance and product quality. Ideal for someone detail-oriented who wants hands-on experience in food safety and agricultural operations.
Produce Sales Assistant
Assist with customer and vendor coordination, order management, and day-to-day sales operations. You’ll help ensure orders are accurate, communication is timely, and logistics run smoothly between sales and the warehouse. This role is a great fit for someone interested in the business side of agriculture and building strong relationships.
Operations Support & Delivery
Handle produce deliveries, run essential errands, and support logistics across the farm. This role keeps operations moving by ensuring products, equipment, and people get where they need to be on time. Ideal for someone reliable, flexible, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
